Stefan Kühteubl is partner at Engelbrecht und Partner.

After finishing his law degree at the University of Vienna 1997 he worked at the European Parliarment.

From 1999 to 2004 Stefan Kühteubl worked with Schönherr Rechtsanwälte, where he started his specialisation in labour law. Since joining Engelbrecht und Partner in 2004 he advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, including pensions regulatory provisions, labour contracts and social plans. He is also an expert in university and medical law. Stefan Kühteubl is author of numerous books and articles on labour law. Most recently he published a comprehensive legal guide on all labour law aspects of international employment relationships.
