Andreas Rasner is a partner in the firm’s corporate department and based in Frankfurt. He advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, reorganizations and contract law as well as in the resolution of disputes both in and out of court. He has extensive experience with respect to international M&A transactions, complex group reorganizations as well as service and project agreements.

Andreas studied law and economics at the universities of Darmstadt, Passau and Nanjing (China). After obtaining his doctorate, he worked for an international law firm and was seconded to a leading investment bank. He advises his clients in English and German. He also speaks French, Finnish and Chinese (Mandarin).
