Bernhard Maluch is a partner in the firm’s corporate department and based in Frankfurt. Bernhard Maluch’s practice is focused on corporate law and private and public M&A. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and group reorganizations as well as restructurings and insolvency matters. He has also advised clients on a large number of international joint ventures and real estate transactions.

Bernhard studied law at the Universities of Tübingen, Geneva and Heidelberg. He worked in Frankfurt and Dubai and advises clients in English, French and German. He also speaks Arabic.
