Lars Friske is a partner in the firm’s corporate department and based in Frankfurt. His practice focuses on M&A, general corporate and capital markets law. He has extensive experience in domestic and international M&A transactions, including public takeovers.

Lars studied law and economics at the University of Passau and at the Humboldt University in Berlin. After obtaining his doctorate, he worked in Frankfurt and New York and advises his clients in English and German. He also speaks French and Spanish.
