  • Was part of the legal department in an important Mexican bank, in charge of the supervision
  • and monitoring of litigation cases in different areas of law, as well as the review and approval of all types of credit agreements.
  • Participated in reviewing and reporting of Regulatory Impact Statements (MIR´s) of draft laws, decrees, Official Mexican Norms (NOM’s) and rules of operation submitted to the Federal Regulatory Improvement Commission (COFEMER) by government programs of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Public Education and Ministry of Tourism,
  • Participated in the corporative reconstruction of the important Mexican Association.

BACKGROUND

She has worked as in-house legal assistant for the Mexican bank called Banco Mercantil del Norte S.A. (Banorte). After that she held the position of Deputy Dictamination Director within COFEMER; and before entering Sánchez-DeVanny Eseverri, S.C., she was in charge of the legal department of the Electronic, Standardization and Certification Association (NYCE). Also, she coordinated the seminar on Corporate and Business Law, offered by the University Iberoamericana León.
