Vineet Bansal, is currently employed as a Principal Associate in the Mergers & Acquisition team of India’s premiere corporate law firm, Amarchand & Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff & Company.

Along with being a qualified lawyer, Vineet is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has over 8 years of significant transactional and corporate advisory work experience, in the area of mergers and acquisitions, re-structuring, joint ventures and private equity, having independently advised some of the largest Indian legal transactions involving complex legal, commercial and cross-border issues.

Additionally, Vineet has authored several publications and has advised on various spheres of Indian legislations including company law, banking laws, exchange control laws, securities laws and the Takeover Code.
