Natalija Perić is partner in Mamic Peric Reberski Rimac and head of its M&A and Corporate Department. Before that she was head of DLA Weiss Tessbach office in Zagreb from 2000 to 2004. She is expert in Corporate Law, M&A, Corporate Finance, Public Private Partnership, Competition Law, Privatization and Investment Promotion law. Significant transactions in which Mrs. Perić participated are, among many, advising electricity company in several energy projects, conducting M&A transactions including several major take over transactions. She also advised major oil transport company in international oil pipeline project of 2 B EUR. She advised the telecommunication company on corporate and other issues related to spin-off of the mobile communications unit into a separate corporate entity, represented the telecommunication company in its acquisition of controlling stakes in another company, advising global diversified manufacturing company regarding incorporation of branch offices in former SFRJ, advising the international media concern in privatization of one of the major Croatian media companies.
