Amy Annan joined Gilbert + Tobin’s Litigation Group in 2007. Amy’s background is in general commercial litigation, having practised in that area in New Zealand and the United Kingdom prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin. Amy has experience acting and advising on a variety of matters, including contract disputes, trade practices and competition law matters, cases involving allegations of breaches of directors’ duties and breach of trust and administrative law matters.
Amy holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University, New York and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago, New Zealand. Amy was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2003 and as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007.
