Steven joined Gilbert + Tobin’s Litigation Group in 1994. He specialises in commercial litigation, competition law, arbitration, contract disputes and administrative law. Steven has conducted litigation in the Federal and High Courts, and a number of State Supreme Courts. He is also an active proponent of alternate dispute resolution where this will advance clients’ commercial objectives. He has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations and specialist panel and tribunal hearings.

In 2009 and 2010 Steven was named in the Best Lawyers list for Litigation. Steven has a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, and a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney.
