Niyazbek is the managing partner and assists foreign and local companies and international organisations on corporate law matters, including cross-border investments, concession agreements, project finance, aviation law and dispute resolution matters. Niyaz’s expertise includes M&A transactions,and secured transactions.
Key qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of commercial and corporate law and legal framework for trade and investment regulation in Central Asia and CIS and comparison with international legal norms.
• 16 years of private law practice experience in the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Belgium and experience in advising foreign investors.
• Served as de facto lead counsel in a number of private arbitrations and alternative dispute resolutions matters concerning investment disputes representing the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
Niyaz is licensed to plead before all courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
