Mr. Hojin Chang is a Senior Foreign Counsel at Yulchon. Mr. Chang is knowledgeable in both Korean and U.S. IP laws as a result of his extensive experience working in Korean and U.S. law firms. He first started his IP practice by working at Kim & Chang in Korea as a Korean patent attorney. He then studied at Duke Law School in the U.S. and received his J.D. degree. After graduating from Duke, Mr. Chang worked at Ropes & Gray (formerly with Fish & Neave) and also at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garret & Dunner. Mr. Chang’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, including global intellectual property litigations, patent procurement, licensing, and technology transfer.
