Terese Foged was born in 1972. She joined Lassen Ricard in 1998, being admitted to the bar in 2001 and appointed partner in 2005. With many years’ experience in media and copyright law and intellectual property law in general, Terese advises a large number of Danish and foreign TV stations.

Terese Foged graduated from the University of Aarhus, MA (Law) 1998, and the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, USA (LLM in intellectual property law 2002). Terese Foged has published articles in English on copyright law issues in international journals.
