Before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, Ms. Chaykovskaya worked as a lawyer for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Moscow, and then at Baker&McKenzie, Moscow. Ms. Chaykovskaya later worked as a lawyer at MGAP, Moscow. Ms. Chaykovskaya has worked for BEITEN BURKHARDT in Moscow since 2010.

Ms. Chaykovskaya specializes in the fields of legislative regulation of real estate commerce and real estate investment structuring.

Ms. Chaykovskaya has authored numerous publications.
