Jasmina Ilieva – Jovanovic has joined Debarliev, Dameski & Kelesoska Attorneys at Law in 2005. She passed the Bar exam and became a member of the Macedonian Bar Association in 2007.

So far, Jasmina has gained extensive experience in the spheres of the trade, corporate, contracting law as well as public procurements and PPP by participating in various projects including preparation and participation in procedures for concessions, public procurements, private public partnership and privatisations.

Preparation of legal opinions, preparation of tender documentation, revision of PPP and concession contracts, representing economic operators in front of the State Appeals Commission and leading administrative dispute procedure concerning public procurements are the services rendered by Jasmina to the clients.
