Ernesta Žiogienė advises local and international clients on regulatory requirements applicable to various types of businesses, business start-ups (including selecting the most appropriate type of business), licensing, corporate governance, financing, investment, shares transactions, reorganization, restructuring, bankruptcy as well as various commercial and employment law and other regulatory issues. Ernesta is also involved in advising and assisting her clients in the resolution of various business development and operating problems as well as the resolution and prevention of commercial and business litigation. Ernesta also actively participates in various Private Public Partnership (PPP) and public procurement projects in Vilnius.
