Mr. Muthomi Thiankolu holds an LLM degree in International Economic Law (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick, and an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi. He has extensive experience in public procurement regulation, having litigated many complex procurement disputes. Mr. Thiankolu is also a part-time lecturer at the Kenyatta University School of Law. His research interests include public procurement regulation, international economic law and constitutional and administrative law. Mr. Thiankolu is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
