Kristina Laarmaa mainly focuses her practice on public procurement matters as well as corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance transactions involving a significant cross-border component. She has successfully advised corporate clients on a wide range of corporate law and property law issues and has been involved in conducting large-scale due diligence operations with a pan-Baltic purview.

In addition to her main field of expertise, Kristina Laarmaa has also been involved in several international arbitration disputes. Kristina Laarmaa often participates as a speaker in various corporate and property law related seminars.
