Cristina Deaconu is a bachelor of Law and a graduate of the University of Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and she also attended the Business Law master courses within the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. Her fields of interest are corporate, M&A and pharmaceutics.

Cristina has an extensive knowledge and expertise in providing a wide range of legal services for clients in the pharmaceutical field, including: corporate advice and assistance during the corporate restructuring process of national and international pharmaceutical groups of companies, advice on enforcement of promotional rules in the pharmaceutical industry (including distribution of samples), advice on obtaining and/or transferring marketing authorizations, advice on import and export of medicinal products for human use in and outside Romania, advice on and assistance during the implementation of various business models for clients acting as producers or distributors of medicinal products on the Romanian market, liaising with Romanian authorities on various matters such as pricing of the medicines, the legal regime of medicines samples, other relevant matters relating to the business activity of manufacturers and distributors of medicinal products.
