Born in Lisbon; graduated in law at the University of Lisbon; postgraduate in international contract law and arbitration at the University of Lisbon.

Joined Albuquerque & Associates in 1998 and is member of the Portuguese Law Society.

Main areas of practice are employment, pharmaceutical law, commercial law and international contracts and civil law. Advises major Portuguese companies and international groups, notably in the field of industries, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, hotels, snack products and beverages, automotive, energy, hardware and software. Participates as speaker in conferences related to the above specialisations.
