Yoshikazu Noma is a partner in the firm’s structured finance group. Mr. Noma concentrates his practice on structured finances and banking law. He advises clients on both regulatory and transactional aspects of each area. Mr. Noma advises arrangers, advisors, credit providers, borrowers, financial sponsors, lenders, issuers, trustees, on various finance transactions, including securitization, asset finance, real estate transactions, derivative transactions, lease transactions, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. He also advises banks, security broker dealers, investment managers, asset managers, money lenders, and servicers on regulatory matters.
Mr. Noma graduated from Doshisha University in 1993 with a Hashidume Naoyuki scholarship, and also graduated from Doshisha University School of Law in 1995. He served as a legal apprentice in Legal Research and Training Institution in 1995-1997. Mr. Noma earned an LL.M. degree in University of Virginia in 2003. From 2008, he lectures on Corporate Law at Tsukuba University Graduate School of Business Science.
