Benedetto Colosimo is a senior associate of Ughi e Nunziante specialising in banking and finance, in general corporate, M&A, consumer protection and in litigation and arbitration. After his graduation in law at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) in Rome, he carried out academic activities as a research fellowship of Civil Law in the University of Florence where gained the Ph.D. in European Private Law. He is lecturer at the Maref (Master in Real Estate Finance) at Luiss-Management and at the master on Diritto e Impresa organized by Business School of IlSole24Ore.
