Alejandro Milá is an associate in the Barcelona corporate and IP/IT departments. In the course of 2009 and 2010, he was seconded to the Madrid finance department, were he had a role in major restructurings.
Alejandro’s recent experience in telecoms includes advising Alpha Satellite Television on the financing of the Spanish public broadcaster and the implementation of the digital dividend in Spain, as well as Hutchison Whampoa on the legal regime of antennae sharing in Spain. In the media field, he has advised the WPP Group on several matters over the last three years.
Alejandro speaks English, Catalan and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of French and Mandarin. He has a law degree from the University of Barcelona.
