Maxim specialises in corporate law and project finance, with an emphasis on PPP. He advises on major transport infrastructure projects in Russia, as well as on M&A deals and JVs. Maxim studied at the Russian Academy of Justice. He joined the firm in 2008. He speaks Russian and English.
