Anu completed her Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws) at National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore. Anu is also a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science). Anu is enrolled as a member of Bar Council of Delhi.

Anu has good understanding of techno-legal issues in the technology & telecom sector and has acted as legal counsel for various technology and telecom companies. Anu has carried out due diligence of companies and advises & assists in getting various corporate approvals. Anu also advises international telecom operators and service providers on legal and regulatory aspects relating to commencement of various licensed and non-licensed telecom services in India.

Anu, in addition to TMT laws, advises clients on issues relating to competition laws, international trade & WTO laws, environment laws, intellectual property laws. She assists foreign companies in structuring their investments and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals/ registrations.
