He has over 20 years of experience representing and handling the business of major international and domestic clients in Bulgaria. Mr. Penev is directly involved in a large range of transactions, including Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity Transactions, Privatizations and PPP’s, Securities Offerings and other financings. Additionally, Mr. Sergey Penev is a regular guest lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, Washington D.C.
