Hala joined the Firm in 2009 and has successfully passed her Beirut Bar entry exam in 2009.Hala actively participates in advising clients in Lebanon and Qatar in corporate law including structuring and financing of companies, commercial law, insurance law, tax law, real estate law and banking and finance. Hala has published articles on corporate governance and on commercial and financial law.Hala graduated from Saint Joseph University, Beirut with a Master of Lebanese Law and French Law. Hala also holds a certificate of completion of an Advanced Level of the Georgetown University Legal English Proficiency Program. Hala is currently enrolled in an advanced graduate diploma in national and International business law (Master II) in La Filière Francophone of the Lebanese University, Beirut, in collaboration with the University of Aix-Marseille (III) in France. Hala also attended several seminars, conferences and workshops in different fields of law.

Hala is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
