Zijie (Lesley) Li’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters including IPOs, corporate governance, financing restructuring and reorganizations, and employment matters. Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Ms. Li worked for the Guangdong office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and participated in a number of securities compliance investigations.
