Mr. Han Wah Teng, Director of Nanyang Law LLC, specialises in Intellectual Property and Technology laws. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating IT-related and other commercial contracts; conveyancing; litigation; and the protection of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, copyright, passing off, and trade secrets in Singapore and various other jurisdictions. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Temasek Polytechnic.

Mr. Han holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and he is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
