Joana Gomes dos Santos main practice areas are Commercial and Civil Law, Competition, Real Estate Law, Health and Pharmaceutical Law.

Joana Gomes dos Santos obtained her law degree in the Lisbon New University Law School and attended several courses such as “The Consumer Rights”, “The Insurance Consumer” and “The Credit Agreements” at DECO during 2005.

Joana Gomes dos Santos started as an Attorney at Law (trainee) in Franco Caiado Guerreiro and consequently became an Attorney at Law at Franco Caiado Guerreiro. Joana is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and was Co-author of the book “Guia da Responsabilidade dos Médicos”.
