Mariana Duarte Garcia de Lacerda practices economic law, with focus on competition and regulation, intellectual property, consumer relations and public biddings. Besides providing consultancy to Brazilian and foreign companies, Mariana acts before the administrative authorities of antitrust and consumer defense, both in merger notifications and in behavior investigations and litigates cases related to her expertise areas.
