Robert Wagner is an Associate at Wolf Theiss and is a member of the firm’s Competition and Antitrust Practice Group. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss in 2009, he worked as an Academic Assistant at the College of Europe, Bruges, with a focus on EU Competition and State Aid Law, liberalised industries and the economics of Competition Law (2007-2009). He was also an intern at the Austrian Cartel Court. Robert specializes in EU and Austrian Competition Law, including Cartel Investigations, Abuse Cases, Merger Control Law, Vertical Agreements and Licensing Agreements, as well as State Aid and general EU Law. He studied in Austria and France and obtained his LLM from the College of Europe, Bruges. He is also a visiting lecturer at College of Europe, Bruges. Robert speaks German, English and French.
