Jukka advises on various areas of business law. His fields of expertise include questions related to top management, corporate governance, M&A, outsourcing, contract law as well as matters involving tax and finance related aspects, especially cross-border transactions. Jukka has gained experience in project financing through international transactions related to pulp and paper industry. Based on his extensive background in international industrial management and legal positions, Jukka likes to take a practical approach on legal problem solving. Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius as a Senior Advisor, Jukka worked as an in house legal counsel and group director for two Finland-based international industrial companies for over ten years in North and South America, and most recently in Northern Europe.
