Andreas advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as on contract law with a particular emphasis on company law. Andreas graduated from Helsinki University 1998, he has worked at Attorneys at law Borenius on various transactions for more than 10 years as a specialist partner from 2008 and a partner as of 2010. Andreas heads the corporate law competence group and Nordic Desk of Attorneys at law Borenius.
