Associate

Samuel Banks is an Associate and a member of the Banking and Asset Finance Team within the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. His practice areas include banking, corporate finance, insurance, asset finance, mergers and acquisitions.

Samuel joined Appleby as an Associate, having completed his Articles with the firm. Samuel graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Economics). He continued on at the University of Central Florida and earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics only a year later. Samuel studied law at the University of London and was awarded the LL.B. degree with honours. He obtained his Certificate of Professional Practice with Distinction from the Cayman Islands Law School.

Samuel is a member of the Caymanian Bar Association.
