Dr. Steffen Schniepp is a partner with BEITEN BURKHARDT and a member of the firm’s M&A practice group. He studied law at the University of Tübingen where he also earned a doctoral degree (Dr. jur., 2008). Since 2006 he is also a lecturer at the University of Cooperative Education Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart. Steffen Schniepp is a member of the German Bar Association, the Legal Society of Tübingen and the Commercial and Corporate Law Working Party with the German Association of Lawyers. He joined BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2008 and became a partner in 2012.

Dr. Steffen Schniepp specializes in distressed M&A transactions and advises domestic as well as international clients on national and international M&A and Private Equity transactions.
