Sarah Demerling is Counsel to the firm and a member of both the Funds and Investment Services and Structured Finance Teams within the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. She has a broad expertise in all aspects of Bermuda corporate law, and specialises in funds, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and ISDA transactions. Sarah is the local team leader for Islamic and Structured Finance.
