Geraldine Farrell is a senior intellectual property, commercial and technology lawyer with a broad range of experience in both litigious and non-litigious matters. With a pharmacology science background, she has advised clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including on GCP aspects of clinical trials, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Act and regulations, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee. Geraldine is currently a director of AusBiotech, the Australian biotechnology industry’s representative body. Prior to legal practice, Geraldine gained an invaluable insight into the pharmaceutical industry by working for Servier Laboratories in a sales and marketing role.
