Ana-Maria Pielmus, associate with NNDKP, has developed her specialization assisting clients in various sectors (such as telecommunications, banking and other financial services, pharma, media and energy) in connection with a wide range of competition matters: investigations, merger clearance procedures and general competition advice. She holds a Post-graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law, Contracts, Transfer of technologies and Competition Law with Robert Schuman University, Centre for International Industrial Property Studies – Strasbourg, and of a Master’s Degree in European and International Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne – Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes. She acts for various clients such as Vodafone Romania, Wrigley Romania and GDF Suez Energy Romania.
