John Choong is Counsel with the Asia Dispute Resolution group, based in Hong Kong. He has acted in international arbitrations throughout Asia over the past 10 years, and has represented clients in a wide range of international commercial and investment arbitrations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute, Hong Kong and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and a founding member of the HK45 arbitration group. He is a co-Editor of the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance: Commentary and Annotations (Sweet & Maxwell) and of the Asia Arbitration Handbook (Oxford Univ Press).
