In 2010 Agnė Mereckaitė graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, M.A. Agnė is an associate in the law firm VARUL and advises local and international clients in a wide range of corporate, commercial, real estate matters and the area of M&A. Ms. Mereckaitė offers her clients full service legal support on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as well as deals with development and employment law issues. Agnė Mereckaitė is also involved in advising and assisting her clients on insolvency and commercial and business litigation.
