Dr. Kaltenborn and Dr. Würtenberger currently represent several private and public buyers and sellers of real estate interests in both commercial and residential transactions as well as real estate developers in commercial and big box retail projects. Both lawyers practice in all areas of land use and environmental law, including state and local planning and environmental impact assessment law.
