Iván Burin’s practice focuses on general corporate council.

He has particular expertise in real estate transactions, antitrust and litigation. He was involved in complex antitrust and unfair competition disputes in a variety of contexts.

Iván Burin has advised clients and managed cases at every stage of litigation, from the inception of a lawsuit to pleading challenges, trial, appellate proceedings and settlement negotiations.

He worked as a foreign associate at Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett LLP, New York office during 2009.

Iván Burin graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School in 2007.
