Inés María Poffo’s practice focuses on general corporate council. She has particular expertise in real estate transactions and litigation.

She has advised clients and managed cases at every stage of litigation, from the inception of a lawsuit to pleading challenges, trial, appellate proceedings and settlement negotiations. She has actively participated in the main real estate executed in Argentina in the last years.

She is a mediator, graduated in the School of Law of Buenos Aires (1996). She has also carried out as Deputy Adjunct Professor of Civil and Commercial Contracts in Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School.

Inés María Poffo graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School in 1993.
