Marc's practice focuses on EU and Dutch competition law and trade law. He has experience across a wide range of industry sectors including banking, energy, media and telecommunications. Marc's recent experience includes:

Advising a financial institution on potential EU State Aid issues and representing the client in proceedings before the General Court in Luxembourg; Representing an incumbent (postal) operator in proceedings before the General Court in Luxembourg; Advising on cartel investigations in various sectors, both in the Netherlands and before the EU Commission; and Advising clients in various national and multinational merger control procedures.

Before joining the Amsterdam office, Marc worked for the European Commission's cartel unit in Brussels.
