Genny S. Kim is a Senior Foreign Legal Consultant with Shin & Kim’s Seoul offices. Ms. Kim’s main practice areas include cross-border acquisition financing, mergers & acquisitions and more recently, anti-trust matters.

Ms. Kim has been involved in numerous cross-border mergers & acquisitions transactions and related acquisition financings, and has recently been amassing experience with abuse of dominance, cartel and merger review cases.

Ms. Kim received her LL.B. degree from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
