Anne Sophie K. Vilsbøll is a specialist in Bech-Bruun’s Environmental Law group. She advises private companies as well as public authorities on environmental and public law matters. She has assisted clients in negotiations and transactions related to environmental issues in a large number of cases. Anne Sophie is highly experienced in performing environmental due diligence in connection with transfers of companies and activities. She also advises on supply law, e.g. water supply, waste water and waste/recycling. In particular, since 2001, she has provided advisory services to Metroselskabet I/S (the public company building the new metro in Copenhagen) on matters related to supply pipelines and the removal thereof.

Anne Sophie graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1995 and has been granted right of audience before the High Court. She has acted as a judge in the High Court of Eastern Denmark in 2005 and 2007. Anne Sophie has published several articles on environmental law and she is the editor of Bech-Bruun’s on-line publication Update on environmental and administrative law.
