Anna Turi is an attorney at law with Schoenherr Hungary where she specialises in M&A transactions and corporate work, as well as insolvency & restructuring and competition law. She has been in numerous significant transactions for both domestic and foreign clients of the firm.

She is a graduate of University ELTE, Budapest (Mag Iur 02.2005). She earned an LLM degree in German law at the Universität Regensburg (Germany) in 2006.

She has acted for clients in various industries, including the manufacturing industries (paper & packaging, crop protection & seeds), IT/Communication/Technology, air transport, financial sector, insurance, etc.

She has advised foreign and international clients in numerous cases involving insolvency and restructuring, inter alia, acting as a legal adviser to a foreign insolvency administrator in cross-border insolvency proceedings, representing international clients in national insolvency proceedings, including in connection with the forming of a creditors’ committee, as well as advising on liability of the management for pre-insolvency actions.
