Eleana’s practice is focused on civil litigation, in particular bankruptcy law, including drafting applications for the commencement of pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings, such as petitions for the initiation of conciliation proceedings and the declaration of bankruptcy. She also undertakes corporate governance and participates in a variety of corporate transactions.
