Attorney Mr. Martti Peetsalu is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group. He is specialized mainly on corporate and commercial law litigations.

Martti provides in-house counseling and specializes on maritime law and international private and public law. His experience includes disputes related to the arrest of vessels and consecutive enforcement procedure. He has also successfully represented client in disputes related to jurisdiction matters and enforcement of foreign judgments in Estonia.

Martti has led several ratification processes of international treaties and participated in negotiations of bilateral agreements while working for the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also experience in legislation process of domestic legislation.

He obtained his master’s degree in 2009 from University of Tartu, Faculty of Law. In due course he has complemented his education in University of Rostock (2005), Germany and University of Bremen (2010), Germany.
