Attorney-at-law Mr. Indrek Leppik is a Partner and head of the Dispute Resolution practice group.

Indrek has been involved in litigation practice since 1997 and has extensive experience in the field. Indrek participates in the preparation of litigation strategy and mainly represents clients in commercial, business and administrative law disputes.

Indrek has successfully represented clients in constitutional review proceedings leading to the abolition of unconstitutional legal provisions that were harmful to clients’ interests. He has also successfully represented credit institutions, insurance companies and other businesses in landmark cases of considerable value in the Supreme Court of Estonia.

Indrek has graduated University of Tartu, Faculty of Law, in 1997.
